Sunny Print Club – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel happy and inspired every month with your Sunny Print Club package. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, cancellations, and refunds.


Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the next month’s billing.
  • Once the print for the current month has shipped, we cannot issue a refund, but we’ll gladly replace any lost or damaged prints.
  • Cancellation stops future charges—your current month’s package will still be delivered.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscribers pay upfront and enjoy a €10 discount compared to 12 monthly payments.
  • Due to the prepaid discounted nature:
    • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
    • If you cancel within the first 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
  • As with monthly subscriptions, we’ll replace any prints lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping & Lost Packages

  • All packages are shipped free worldwide.
  • While we take care to ensure your prints arrive safely, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost in transit.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to replace your print.
