Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Please note that during busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Delays & Late Deliveries
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped on time, we are not responsible for delays that occur during transit. This includes, but is not limited to:

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries once the parcel is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that your order is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
